Overview

About Project David

Project DAVID is a core department of Emotional Reset Center, USA, LLC. which aims to cultivate a cadre of young student-leaders from across Philippine schools who will be certified as mental health and well-being junior coaches.

This initiative recognizes the critical need for mental health support among youth and empowers them to become advocates and resources within their communities. The program entails an 8-week course comprising 8 sessions, each lasting 3 hours, followed by a 1-month practicum where participants apply learned concepts in real-world coaching scenarios.

Project DAVID not only aims to address the growing mental health needs among youth but also empowers them to become agents of change in promoting mental well-being and resilience within their spheres of influence.

Why It Exists

The Need for Youth Mental Health

Students Talk to Students First

When young people struggle, they often open up to peers first. We help those peers respond with care, confidence, and real skills.

Culture-Based Solutions

Schools need stronger, community-driven approaches that integrate naturally into student culture.

AnchorED 1M

Building upon the model of Project Jack in Canada, Project DAVID is part of a larger national movement — AnchorED 1M — aimed at reaching 1 million young citizens with mental health coaching and support. DAVID Junior Coaches serve as dynamic agents of change within their schools and communities.
